To enable us to rectify mistakes prior to the printing of our programme we must be informed by email at entriesfeb2012@derventioexcel.org.uk before NOON on Saturday 28th January. Amendments cannot be made after this date. We are unable to alter times that have improved since submission of entries.

Rejected entries for your clubAs we received more entries than we can accept it has been necessary to reject some swims. We have done our utmost to keep these rejections to a minimum and apologise for the disappointment this may have caused.
Important Information about Withdrawals
We have an extremely tight programme for this meet. If you are not going to swim any one or all of the events that you have entered you MUST let us know by email before hand or in person at the meet.

We need to know your name, club, and the event(s) you are withdrawing from, we will also need your competitor number for each event. You must tell us you are withdrawing from an event before the start of the warm up for the session in which the event is due to be swum.
After this time it will be assumed you are swimming the event and a lane will be allocated to you. (Withdrawals after this time may result in an empty lane).

We are pleased to announce that DE Photo have been appointed as the Professional Sports Photographers for this event. This event, by its very nature, is in the public arena and when entering for the event the participant and their parents acknowledges this fact, which may result in the recording and publication of his/her image. Entry Information
Clubs will need to submit their entries electronically using the SPORTSYSTEMS Entry Manager program.

The 6th DX Open Meet will be held at Ponds Forge on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th of April 2012.
